  My dog was groomed today. I have been through this springfield clinic before for grooming and have had no problem. But today I have experienced some of the worst customer service in my life. I felt uncomfortable and my dog does not look any where close to the standards I have had before. I was offended at the way I was spoken to and by the way my dog was handed back to me. I will NEVER be returning here for my dogs again. I am very upset at the fact I felt like giving this review as I love supporting local businesses but this was just appalling customer service.

  The BEST vet we've been to in over 25 years. All the girls are empathic, welcoming and love their work. Natasha is able to speak human as well as doggy. We love her. Their fees are half the price of another nearby Vet (whom we refuse to go to). They have a fabulous 'Better for Pets' program that is affordable!! Keep up the terrific work :o) Love Spike (woof)
